  James Pivaroff, inmate no. 276, plays guitar for another inmate. He was known as "Dip" because he would pickpocket items from guests if given the opportunity. Barney: Well, it don't take much strength to throw a checkerboard off the porch of the Mayberry Hotel and call ol' Chester Jones "a two-faced cheating liar" at the top of his lungs. Now that's disturbing the peace for Heaven's sake!"
